From Personal Recovery to Purpose-Driven Innovation
Shantanu Tyagi's journey into mental healthcare did not begin in a classroom or boardroom—it began through personal experience.
A self-taught founder and former professional DJ, he spent years navigating emotional challenges, addiction, and a difficult confrontation with mental health. Recovery became the turning point that reshaped his life and future direction.
Through therapy, fitness, family support, and relentless self-learning, he immersed himself in artificial intelligence, neuroscience, human behavior, and systems design. What started as a personal search for understanding evolved into a mission to build technology that could support others on their mental health journeys.
Today, as Founder & CEO of MyManah, he leads the platform's vision, combining lived experience, research, and empathy to create a more accessible, continuous, and human-centered mental healthcare ecosystem.
"Technology should never replace human care. It should make care more accessible, continuous, and available when people need it most."
— Shantanu Tyagi, Founder & CEO
Why MyManah Exists

Our Mission

Why We Exist
Mental healthcare often remains fragmented. Patients lack continuity between sessions, clinicians face increasing administrative burden, and institutions struggle to maintain visibility across the care journey.
MyManah was created to bridge these gaps through continuous engagement, structured workflows, proactive follow-ups, and connected care infrastructure that supports patients and providers alike.
