AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are MyManah Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. OUR SERVICES
MyManah provides mental health, wellness, therapy journaling, AI-based emotional support (manAI), educational resources, therapist dashboards, and related services.
Important:
MyManah is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All platform content, software, branding, and intellectual property are owned or licensed by MyManah.
Users receive a limited personal, non-commercial license to use the Services.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
You confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent
• You will not misuse the platform
• You provide accurate information
• Your use complies with applicable laws
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
• Payments are processed securely
• Prices may change
• Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users may not:
• Hack or disrupt Services
• Upload harmful content
• Harass others
• Impersonate others
• Use Services unlawfully
6. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
Users may submit journals, comments, posts, and personal content.
You retain ownership of your content.
7. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
You grant MyManah permission to use anonymized content for service improvement and analytics.
8. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to:
• Monitor platform usage
• Suspend violating accounts
• Remove harmful content
9. TERM AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
Services may change or become unavailable temporarily without notice.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes will first attempt informal resolution, followed by arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
13. CORRECTIONS
We may correct typographical errors or inaccuracies.
14. DISCLAIMER
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
MyManah is not a replacement for medical treatment.
15. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify MyManah against claims resulting from misuse of Services.
17. USER DATA
Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of their information.
18. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Electronic agreements and signatures are legally binding.
19. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms represent the complete agreement between users and MyManah.
